Have you been feeling “off” lately? Is your energy low? Are you sick and just can’t seem to get better? Do you feel stuck and don’t know how to get unstuck?

We all have “stuff” and what most of us don’t realize is that we’ve been storing it (pushing it down) in our bodies, and it comes out at inopportune times and sometimes ugly ways, impacting our mind, body and our relationships.

By working directly with the seven major energy centers of the body (also know as chakras) we can restore balance and calm to the mind and tap into the wisdom of the body making space for healing, wholeness and joy.

Chakras are energy centers throughout the body. The human body system thrives when the chakras are open and energy (life force) is allowed to move throughout the system with ease. Any kind of disturbance or dis-ease in the body, mind, or spirit can cause blockage and imbalance. So, if you’ve been feeling out of sorts, take a closer look at your chakras to investigate what’s going on and begin to find balance.

There are seven core chakras in the body running along the length of the spine, starting at the base of the spine to the top of the head. Each chakra rules over a specific physical and emotional realm. In this 8-week live online course we will spend one week on each chakra, diving deeply into each as the course progresses.

Each session provides useful tools for contemplating our strengths, weaknesses, and powerful approaches to personal growth and self-healing through the lens of the chakra we are working with that week. The course will culminate in an overall assessment of your chakra system and you will come away with an individualized plan for working with your specific patterns once the course is over.

What to expect:

  • A variety of techniques―Connect with your chakras using everything from guided meditation, focused breathing, journaling, self-reflection, body-based exercises and movement.

  • Between class homework and support―Detailed tools and exercises to put into practice during the week with support from a community of explorers like yourself.

  • Beginner-friendly approach―Accessible, bite-size exercises that requires no previous knowledge or experience with the chakra system.
